Olive Tree Landscaping was delighted to partner with Egar Homes, a distinguished builder of luxury houses, on the esteemed Greenlands Project. This development exemplifies excellence and elegance, offering an unparalleled living experience within a meticulously designed gated estate. Our objective was to enhance the estate’s exterior landscapes, ensuring they reflect the high standards set by the stunning homes.
The landscaping includes premium natural stone paving that complements the outstanding architecture, creating inviting pathways and driveways to boost the estate’s overall aesthetic. The planting scheme is remarkable, featuring notable trees like Quercus robur and Betula pendula, alongside extensive hedging with Fagus sylvatica and Prunus lucitanica to offer beauty and privacy.
Rich borders filled with ornamental plants, such as grasses, hydrangeas, and verbenas, add depth and seasonal colour while attracting pollinators to enhance biodiversity. Finally, lush new lawns have been established using only the finest premium turf, providing a velvety green surface for relaxation and longevity across all seasons. This collaborative effort with Egar Homes ensures that the estate’s luxurious aesthetics are evident in every landscaping element.
